Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees will be incurred after the first intensive lecture schedule is confirmed. Please make sure you understand this before you register.
After the course schedule is confirmed 50% of the registration amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. (In the case of a course for which we have already confirmed the schedule, 50% of the fee will be charged after the official application.)
Less than 7 days prior to the course start date (online pre-meeting)
The full amount of your application will be charged.
If it becomes necessary to reschedule the course (except for courses for which the schedule has been fixed by us) If the rescheduling of the once fixed schedule exceeds 3 months, it will be considered as a cancellation.
