Utsunomiya, who went to the business of the course, had a lively conversation with the current president, Mr. Akiyama's father, and was recommended to take the course by Mr. Akiyama, who had no intention of taking the course at the beginning. Mr. Akiyama was reluctant to take the course, but he attended the course because he wanted to learn something more than he took, but the situation continued where he couldn't come up with any ideas. Since I use a bicycle on my way to work, I tried to develop a bicycle, but I couldn't find a way to commercialize it by myself, and it seemed that a huge development budget would be required, so the project seemed to fail. Under such circumstances, Mr. Akiyama murmured that he was an experienced boxing person as an exciting thing on a daily basis. We felt that there was a possibility, and when we proceeded with the dialogue, we found that we were actually training our bodies by making various muscle training goods for ourselves regardless of business, and it was created based on that concept. , It is an in-house product called "Kurukuru Pump Up" .

After graduating, I spent about a year developing prototypes and posted it on zenmono in May 2013. After some hard work, the project was successful, and we started shipping in November 2013, and we were able to launch our own products.

A year later, around November 2014, when I talked about the fact that the sales of Kosei Kogyo increased considerably compared to before attending zenschool, the pump-ups sold round and round, in fact, that's not the case. As a result of various promotions to make the round and round pump-up successful by crowdfunding, the company itself called Koseikou attracted attention, and the actual situation was that the machining work of the main business increased. Moreover, the number of new orders increased, and before attending zenschool, the sales composition of one company was almost 93%, but it dropped to about 50%, and it was good for management to be able to break away from dependence on one company. It was impressive that it was.

In the future, we will also focus on enlivening the local city of Futtsu and strive to further strengthen our management.

After that, I decided to take zenschool in August 2015, and as an exciting thing in the course, I remembered that my childhood family trip was a very exciting memory. It was very exciting and memorable that the taxi company in the family business was busy and the father and family traveled once a year.

However, despite the fact that the family business is a taxi company, in the exciting memories, I was strongly shocked by the fact that no taxi came out, and in the memories of people. I wanted to make taxis come out, so I realized a service called " memorial taxi ".

The management resource of the taxi business built by the predecessor was re-examined from a new perspective, created as a new service, and branded.

As a result, I was able to give the impression that it is a taxi company that challenges new unique things to students who want to get a job, and the number of hires has increased from about 1 to 10.

In addition, the company's business domain has been shifted from providing the function of "moving" to providing the "things" of "remembering", and we are working to further enhance its brand value in the future.

Crowdfunding achievement ceremony

In June 2013, I got to know us after reading enmono's book "Let's start micro-manufacturing" on my blog , and at the 6th zenschool presentation held in September 2013. I came to Tokyo to participate. Then, I decided to take the 7th term on the spot and decided to push forward with micro-manufacturing.

And, in the lecture, Mr. Kobayashi's childhood memory that inspired him to take over the company was that his predecessor's father taught welding in the welding factory. After graduating from university, Mr. Kobayashi, who worked in the food and beverage industry, was inspired by the fact that the deciding factor for taking over the manufacturing industry was the memories of that time, and ordinary children and families can experience more welding. At the final presentation of the course in August 2014, we presented a plan that we could realize a place that we could get close to by using the idle space in the factory. After that, the challenge to zenmono began, and after brushing up the project, the welding theme park "Iampla Net" was born. Then, in December 2014, the project was successful and construction work proceeded toward its realization, leading to the opening ceremony being held in June 2015. Mayor Sakai also came to the ceremony, and it was widely covered by the local media, and it seems that the name recognition of Ian Planet and Nagata Kogyosho has risen dramatically.
