Deepening the value brought by each step
Step 1: Deepening Connections — "An evening where we let go of our roles and talk as individuals"
(Regarding program content evolution after December 2025)
This marks the beginning of a seven-month journey. On the evening of the first retreat, you will share a meal with the founder and talk in a relaxed atmosphere until late into the night. Essential realizations are hidden in the conversations that are not shared during the daytime sessions. This time is the most important time to maximize the "psychological safety" that is the foundation of the program and to deepen and solidify your exploration.
Step 2: Connecting to the Future — "Dialogue with Seniors on a Journey of Discovery"
(Regarding program content evolution from March 2026 onwards)
In the middle of the program, when you start to see the outline of your own quest, you will have the opportunity to talk with zenschool graduates who are a little further ahead of you. The honest words of seniors who have faced similar challenges and walked the same path of quest will act as a lighthouse shining a concrete light on your future. The hope and conviction that "maybe I can do it too" will turn into the courage to take the next step.
Step 3: Culmination of personal exploration — “Personal retreat with the founder”

The climax of the program will be a special time in Kamakura, where we will shift the focus from group learning to individual transformation. Through an intensive half-day one-on-one dialogue with the founder, you will deeply integrate the learnings and realizations of the past seven months into your own life story, no one else's. This will be the most personal and powerful culmination of your journey of inquiry.
Step 4: Accompanying you on a new journey — "Integrating what you learned into life after the program"

Completing zenschool is not the goal, but the beginning of a new journey. How will you utilize the "treasures" you have gained in the program in the real world after graduation? You will map out the concrete first step together through individual coaching with the founder. This accompanying journey will turn your experience at zenschool into a compass for a lifelong pursuit.
To everyone currently considering
As a preparation period to deliver the best possible experience, we have decided to schedule our first price revision to begin in December 2025.
Therefore, anyone who applies by the end of November 2025 will be able to take this new, ever-evolving program at the current price (300,000 yen, excluding tax).
